MISSION STATEMENT: “Caring for you”
To provide a Quality Home for those in need of specialised
care and to offer high quality management services. In achieving
certification in “ISO 9001”; and “Investors In People”,
the proprietors of The Bill House invite staff and residents
to participate in working towards ever improving standards,
through our training programmes, the promotion of quality
systems and communication. We believe that we can offer
the very best care available for the benefit of all concerned.
ETHOS Encouragement is given by all members of staff to residents to help them maintain and improve their quality of life and independence. The residents are by no means institutionalised and are actively encouraged to participate in community life and to continue their lifestyles as they would in their own homes. The supportive structure of well-trained, caring staff and management seek to provide the residents and their families with an environment, which corresponds as closely as possible to a family home.
